Unsubscribing from home internet before modem installation?
I need to cancel my fizz home internet subscription. The modem has not been installed yet and I clicked unsubscribe from my account but it says there's an error. What do I do? Can I get someone on the phone to help me?

You need to cancel the appointement
After that you need to contact the support to accelerate the refund
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link:
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
Fizz does not have a phone line you can call but you can contact them via chat in your customer page, or through Facebook messenger
If you have an upcoming appointment for modem installation you should cancel it first. After that if you still receive an error then you need to contact them to ask.
Noha no phone number with Fizz but you can chat. Probably you are too close to your appointment?

First, connect you to your fizz account.
Then contact them at:
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.

Inform them that you cannot unsubscribe directly on the web about this new Fizz internet plan and ask for a refund.
