How can I contact some one at fizz

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Jason, Fizz is 100% online so you can't call them. You can either ask a question on this community forum or use the methods outlined in Mike's answer

There is no phone number, all online. The chat is quite efficient.

Fizz is 100% oonline.
Fizz customer service is only available by chat.
To chat with them with problem:
First, log to your Fizz account.
Click on:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
Click on the green chat bubble of Fizz when you see it 4,5 seconds later down to the right of the page.
