Why as I charged an extra fee on my Fizz plan?

My phone plan is always $33.00 per month, charged on the 5th of each month on my credit card.
Yesterday I noticed a $17.77 charge on my credit card, I have no idea what this is for, received no notification and i have not requested an upgrade.
Can someone in billing please explain this to me.

Hi Toni,
can you check on the transaction history?

To see a list of all your Fizz transactions:

1- Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
2- If you have more than one plan, choose the plan you wish to see transactions for.
3- Scroll to the bottom of the usage summary and click on Transaction history.

If this does not help

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/transaction-history
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Have you checked the historic of your transactions?
You cna see it.
First, log to your Fizz account.
Click on: transaction history
You will see all your invoices.

Click on the green chat bubble of Fizz when you see it down to the right of the page.

Transaction history would be your best bet before having a chat with Fizz
