none of the 4 lan port is working, any idea?

I tried 4 lan port, no one is working. Is that the modem has problem or I need doing something figure it out?

Try to turn off the modem for 2 minutes
after that, wiat 5 minutes to be sure that the modem is full up and running only after that connect the ethernet cable
