Can I get incoming text/calls from the USA with a Canada or Quebec only coverage?

I on the Quebec only coverage but might get incoming calls/texts 3 times per month from the USA. Will I receive them?
I have receive them I guess I will be charge to answer the texts but will I be charged to pick up the incoming call from the USA?

    Fizz is prepaid, so there are never overage charges. If you didn't pay for a service or put some funds in your account (Fizz wallet), you simply won't be able to use that service.

    Yes you can receive calls and texts from anyone as long as you are in the coverage area (Quebec or Canada as per your plan).
