Fizz stopped taking payments and disconnected my service!!?
did you check your payment method?
Probably your credit card company refused the Fizz payment for some reason, did you check with them?
For this kind of problem you must contact the support they are in a better position to help you out.
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link:
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Fizz does not just stop, since it is prepaid, your phone will get disconnected if a payment fails. Get in touch with support if you did not get any information via Email or SMS.
it's probably a issue with your credit card
Did you made sure your credit card detail are up to date? If you recently received a new card, the date and CVV code (at the back of your card) will need to be updated even if the card has the same number.
