Did you use your friend's referral code when you signed up for your first plan?
If you did, you should have received an email from Fizz and notification on your Fizz account regarding the referral.
On your account, go to "My Profile" >> "Referral bonuses"
Do you see the referral?
If it is still pending and you already paid your second bill, then please contact Fizz support to ask them to take a look. https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
If it is received/unlocked, then the credit has been or will be in the process to be applied to one of your bills. To check your billing history, go to "My plans" >> "Transaction history"2
