Hello Robert. Have you activated your sim card? Is your phone unlocked? Do you have data in your plan? Lastly, make sure your APN is configured properly: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn If all of this is a yes, I would get in touch with Fizz support.
