I have no issues or problems with my internet.

I have 30 mbps for home internet and I get 29-31 with speedtest.net. I had some drops the first week but looks good since that.

For home Internet, I have the 60 mbps package and when I do speed tests I get 68 mpbs on download, and about 11 mbps on upload. Haven't noticed any slowdown yet, no issue with gaming, it's been pretty stable.
For phone service, in areas with full signal on a Redmi Note 3 phone I had about 66 mbps down abd 25 mbps up.
