Fizz is not designated to someone who works everywhere in the Canada and the USA.
Choose another provider who the coverage is more national.
You can subscribe to Fizz (the green subscription zone is limited to the Quebec province and Ottawa)
and take a mobile plan with the coverage Canada/USA but you cannot always use the partners network, it's limited for an usage of 3 consecutive months.
Your usage must be occasionnal in the Fizz's partners zone.

cyril, imho, since most of the calls will be in the USA, it would be better to pick an USA cell phone provider. You can find some of them with unlimited calls and unlimited data for pretty cheap. Hello Cyril, don't forget that Fizz is Quebec company and as such should not be use as a main option for the USA. If you want, there are very cheap pay per use SIM cards in the USA, similar to Fizz. Your best bet would be to have a mix if you travel between the two country or get a plan for whichever country you are most often in.
