Can't access network after changing credit card payment???

Got a message that my payment didn't go through so I successfully used a different credit card. Since then I have not been able to access the data network (WIFI works). I made no changes to the phone (e.g. not in airplane mode). Why am I unable to access the network?

    You can try restarting your phone.

    Once your payment has been received and confirmed by Fizz (please allow a delay of up to two hours), your plan will be reactivated.

  • Louis I don't think it's related I changed twice my credit cards settings since a year and it doesn't affected network. Try To disabke/ enable your wifi.
