How can I log in?

I can't log in or change my password. . I will be moving soon, so you have to return my Fizz account. If you can't restore my account within this weekend, I will change my bank account number and not return my modem. You postpone this for so long that I don't have time anymore. Hope you solve this problem soon.

You should try contacting Fizz chat support directly on Messenger. The community can't do much by itself other than suggest you try on another browser, another device and at a later day. Good luck.11

Hello yeonsoo. We can't help you here, you need to get in touch with Fizz. Be aware that if you do a charge back and don't return the model, you might get banned from fizz/vidéotron completely. A chargeback/block should not be your first option.10
