    Isaac if your transfer to Fizz is ok you can stop your payment to koodo. If your transfer is not finished please wait. You must call and text with your fizz sim first.

    Hello Isaac, when you transfer your phone from Kodoo to Fizz, Fizz will automatically cancel Kodoo. Kodoo will send you a last invoice, make sure the dates on the invoice align to when you made the switch.

    Hi Isaac

    Once your port request is complete, your old provider account will close automatically and that SIM card will no longer work. And Koodo will no longer be making charges to your credit card.

    If you previously used Koodo prepaid, then all amounts you already paid to Koodo is deleted along with the account.

    Otherwise if were you with Koodo postpaid, Koodo will send you a statement of your account (in 1 or 2 months). If you are entitled to a refund, then they will also issue a cheque to you.
