Hi Taoufik

To qualify, your friend must be an active Fizz customer.
If you entered your friend's code during the activation of your first plan on your account, then you should be able to see the pending referral on your account. Go to "My profile" >> "Referral bonuses"

You may have also received an email from Fizz announcing the referral.
Once you have made your second monthly payment, the referral bonus will be confirmed/unlocked and the credit will be applied against your future bill.

You should get your bonus after your friends second payment. Verify the Referral Bonuses in in the My Profile section and your emails. If your friend isn't there it might be he didn't enter it correctly. If this is the case tell him to cancel his subscription and do it again.

You can see the status of your referral in your account under profile -> Referral bonuses.
