I activated my plan more than two hours ago and still no service. It also says activation pending on my account. Did you guys run into this issue as well? How long did it take you before you got signal?

Try restarting your phone.
If the problem continues, you should notify Fizz support.
I just checked on one of their help pages and the green chat bubble is still available.
Hurry if you want to chat them tonight.
Normally the customer support by chat is available from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.11

Hello Emmanuel! Welcome to Fizz. One of my line I activated at night and went to sleep and it was fine in the morning, the other took about 3 hours. Hope this helps!11

2 hours is ok, it should be fine this morning, it take time for the switching in databases, don’t worry. I waited for next day but not sure how many hours it took10

Yeah it's normal if you transfer your phone number depending when you do the activation (day vs night). Restart your phone every hour.9
