Voicemail pin code

Hi, when I enter 1234* to access my voicemail it doesnt work. My phone numer is 438 389-2610. Can you reset my code please? I would enter 1234* and change my code again. I seem to have forgotten it or something. Thank you in advance.

Jessica you can change your pin code in your Fizz account.
(Under: My plans > Manage my plan > Advanced parameters > PIN to access my voicemail)
IMPORTANT: Unsafe sequences will be refused (for example : 1234, 8888, etc.).

Hi Jessica

You can reset your voicemail PIN code yourself. Take the advice of Lieux to reset it.
And as mentioned, you cannot use unsafe pin like 1234, etc.

You need to set a new PIN for your voicemail.
First, log to your Fizz account.
Click on: My plan (mobile)
Click on: Manage my plan
Click on: Avanced settings and click on: PIB yo access your voicemail
Attention:
dont choose a PIN like 1,2,3,4, it wont work.
