Data limit reached warning texte message or email ?

I have account used by my 11 year old and he used a lot of data, is there any way I can setup an alert on the account so an SMS or email is sent when he reaches a certain % of his remaining data ? His mobile device is an iphone 6s and the plan is 8 GB data plan.
