Hi Charmaine, when you go through the internet sign up process you should get a date when you finish the transaction. If there was a glitch in this process contact support either by Facebook Messenger or by the chat bubble.

Hi Charmaine,

To view your Fizz technician appointments:

1- Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
2- Click on Appointments.
3- Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
4- You will also be able to reschedule and cancel future appointments.

You can see it if you log into your Fizz account.
Click on: My (internet) plan
Click on: Manage my plan
Click on: Appointment, you'll see the details of all your appointments, You can modify and if you have to reschedule it, just click on it and choose another date and hour for your installation and click on: save.
