No Internet this morning

Hello, my internet connection is not working this morning.
Box seems working fine, I am logging on it, I rebooted it, unplug-replugged it, still not internet connection.
In the DOCSYS Event tab, the last entry is "Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out;".
Does it means the internet is down in my area? What should I do?
