The modem configuration is easy, these are the main points

You need to connect the coaxial cable
Connect the modem to the power
Wait 15 minutes (this is important)
Connect the modem by the ethernet cable or wifi, change your password

The modem is packaged in a sleeve that has all the instructions. They are ready to understand and simpler to follow.

Welcome to Fizz Tomokazu, the modem is super easy to set-up as pointed out by the other users. Make sure you download the Fizz WiFi App after you set it up!

it's work find out of the box, but I bridge it to use my own router

It is not the best router for wifi connection if you have a large home, so you made need to invest in a router and put the Fizz modem/router in bridge mode.
But test it out first.
