Did not show up
I have appointment on sep 21, no one came and no one contacted me, also I don’t have the button of reschedule the appointment. My internet was cut off. I need work everyday through internet And I don’t know what’s the next available installation time. Terrible experience!( i contact the customer service they said only way is wait)

If you appointment was the 21 septembre, you need to wait a day before have the opportunity to reschedule. Therefore today you must have the button to reschedule
But when you contact the support, they should at least tell you the reason why you need to wait.
When this happen to me, I received an email saying that I missed my appointment

select a appointment early in the day, so if they get late you will not be cancel4
