My line is suspended because i gave you a new credit card number

What happened to the previous credit card? Did it expire?
When you add a new credit card, you also have to associate your plan to the new card.
Try it and then try making a payment. Once payment is made, it can take up to 2 hours for your service to be restored.
If there is still a problem, you should contact Fizz support by chat.

As mentionned by others, make sure your card is valid and not blocked. Verify your card is chose as Default for the appropropriate plan. If so contact Fizz. Best luck
