When you add a new credit card, you also have to associate your plan to the new card.
Try it and then try making a payment. Once payment is made, it can take up to 2 hours for your service to be restored.

If there is still a problem, you should contact Fizz support by chat.7 -
As mentionned by others, make sure your card is valid and not blocked. Verify your card is chose as Default for the appropropriate plan. If so contact Fizz. Best luck13
