Wifi password Reset?

I've check other similar questions and it didn't help so please help me out : I forgot my wifi password. I tried to press and hold the button at the back for 10 sec, and it didn't work; still impossible for my friends to connect to my wifi. How can I get a rep to change my wifi password please? I'm desperate! Thanks

The reset behind should work, that's the only way to get back to factory setting.12

Muriam try a factory reset on your modem.
Reset your Wi-Fi modem to its factory settings
IMPORTANT: This will reset any changes that have been made to your Wi-Fi modem settings to date. You may also need to reconfigure your devices’ Wi-Fi settings (network name, password, etc.).
Using a small, sharp object, press the modem’s reset button for 10 seconds.
Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions you used when you initially installed it.12 -

You must press in with a sharp object more than 10 seconds the reset button at least 35,40 seconds.
Released it after and wait 3,4 minutes to see the lights of the modem coming back.
If your computer is connected with an ethernet câble to the modem, you'll see on the screen: Easy connect.
Types twice the factory password (indicated back pf the modem, you can take a mignifying glass to see it correctly).
At this moment, your internet connexion is supposed to be 100%, fonctionnal.
You can do a speed test of your connexion.
And you have to reconnect all your devices to your wifi network with the same factory password.10 -
Do you have Fizz Wifi app installed on your smartphone? You can find your password in it.9

If you have a device currently connected to the WiFi, use the Fizz Wifi Internet application and you should be able to find the password. I would suggest doing this before a reset to keep all your devices connected.8
