How to apply an upgrade ?

Hi guys. I Earned an upgrade and i made it to level 2 and the upgrade is unlocked. It says to Apply to my internet but is not working. The previous $1 upgrade is shaking but nothing else is happening.

I would quote someone that tackled this issue in the past:
"Your upgrades can have any one of the following status:
In use: you’re currently enjoying this upgrade every month. If you click on it, you’ll have the option to remove it from your plan.
Pending activation: you chose to activate this upgrade, and it’ll be applied to your plan come your next payment cycle (and will, at that time, show the “active” status).
Pending removal: this upgrade was active, and you chose to remove it from your plan, which will be done come your next payment cycle.
Available: you can choose to activate it on one of your plans."

You need to remove the 1$ upgrade and then later add the 2$ upgrade. It is slow and takes a while since they need to be activated.

So to better understand your answer, i will have to remove the $1 and after that Apply the $2 ?

Hi Victor

You are half way there.
Go back and click on the new upgrade to apply it.
When you see the previous upgrade shaking, click on the shaking upgrade.
Then click on Swap to confirm your change.

Victor, don't remove it. If you do that, it will be pending removal and you won't be able to add the new upgrade until after your next renewal.

It's always better to SWAP!
