My internet plan is not showing up in the myplans menu. I am trying to change the apartment number since we moved apartments in the same building.

Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.

Here are 2 areas you can check:
1. If your credit card was charged for the internet plan you selected, then the plan should be on your account.
2. If you have more than one account, make sure to logon with the correct email.7 -

First, log to your Fizz account.
