My internet plan is not showing up in the myplans menu

My internet plan is not showing up in the myplans menu. I am trying to change the apartment number since we moved apartments in the same building.

    You need to contact the Fizz customer service by chat for your request.
    First, log to your Fizz account.
    Click on:
    https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-subscribe-to-fizz-home-internet
    Click on the green chat bubble when you see it down to the right of the page.
