Receive call from france?

Before someone from fizz tell me if someone call me from france its not will count in my internationl call in france . So whats happening because it does

They will not count if you receive and you are in your coverage area. Please contact the support

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-receive-any-calls-on-my-phone
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Hi Alexandrine,
Incoming calls are free whatever the place they are originating. But you need to have a unlimited plan. If you don't you either need to add money to your wallet or have an add-on and in that case that will be be billed.

In your mobile plan, if you have the option: unlimited calls and you are in your coverage area of Fizz, thoses incoming calls will be received without charges.
If you dont have this option, you must buy add-ons for calls or add money in your wallet and pay per usage.

If you have unlimited calls option that's good , you can receive calls from France and other for FREE !
