Wifi is connected but no internet?

All the appropriate lights on the modem are flashing except the "@" one. When I run an internet speed test through fizz app, it says the modem is offline. I have tried to reset router but nothing changes.

Are you a new customer or has Fizz internet worked for you in the past?

It seems that you are not connected to Fizz network. What colors are the 2 lights with the up and down arrow?

1. Logon your Fizz account to make sure your Fizz internet plan is active.
2. Make sure the coaxial cable is properly screwed to the modem. Unplug the power of modem for 5 minutes, then try it again.

To reset your modem to factory settings, press and hold for 10+ seconds the small button behind the modem with pointy object (like a pen and paper clip).
