I dont think you can change email by yourself. Contact support from the bubble to ask them for changing it

Only the support can do that

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

There is no option to do it yourself. You have to contact Fizz.

To change your email adress, you must contact the Fizz customer service by chat.
First, log to your Fizz account.
Clik on:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-change-my-personal-information
Click on the green chat bubble when you see it down to the right of the page.
