How does one increase their community rating? Is it simply by asking and answering questions?

If you're answered to the questions in the community hub, giving 20 kudos each day (20 pts), received kudos (5 pts)get the best answers (50 pts), paying your bills,
you will get higher points and you will level up.
Think to be active at least into the community 5,6 consecutive months
