You can log into your Fizz account to reschedule or cancel your technician visit up to 20 hours before your appointment. To cancel an appointment, click on Cancel.
On the next screen, confirm that you wish to cancel this appointment by clicking Cancel again. How do I view my appointments?
You can log into your Fizz account any time to see your past and future technician appointments. Service calls (for repairs), however, do not appear in your account.
To view your Fizz technician appointments:
Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
Click on Appointments.
Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
You will also be able to reschedule and cancel future appointments.

You can cancel the appointment with the technician.
Just, log to your Fizz account.
Click on: My plan (internet)
Click on: Manage my plan
Click on: Appointment
You will see your appointment
Confirm to cancel it and Save.

You should contact Fizz directly.

After a few seconds you should see a green chat bubble appearing on the bottom right side of the page. Simply click on it and you will be in contact with Fizz
