To add to mike answer, WiFi passwords are CaSe SeNsItiVE, so do not forget the capital and lower cases letter.

If you have already tried the default password (paying close attention to those similar characters as mentioned above) and it is not working, then you can try a factory reset of the modem.

Using a small pointed object like a pen or paper clip, press and hold down on the reset button (located behind the modem) for 10+ seconds until the modem resets/restarts.

Hi Magali,
If you already configured your modem, you changed that password so you might need to reset it by holding down the reset button for 10-15 seconds. If you never set up the wifi. Then you will need to be carefull with the 0 Zero or the letter O same with l that could be a I as in Internet in capital or a lower case L.

If this is a new modem you got or did factory reset then you have to go through install process.
For this you have to connect to your router
Once connected you will be prompted to change password.
I cannot remember the exact steps but I remember going through this process
Even I went throught all thoughts discussed by others with magnifying glass but had no luck. My technician was not able to help either. then this solution worked for me.
