The only way is to talk with the support
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-would-like-to-change-my-fizz-home-internet-plan-how-do-i-do-this
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.8 -
Brooklyn did you reach Fizz support? What you can do is to wait your installation and later you can change your plan directly in your fizz account.

Hi Brooklyn,
Since you have already prepaid your month. You will have to keep the plan you’ve selected. Once the install will be done and you received email/notification saying that everything is up and running you will be able to change the plan but it will be effective on your next billing date.

If you want to change your Fizz internet plan before your auto-installation by the technician, you need to contact the Fizz customer service and chat with them.
To chat without problem:
First, log to your Fizz account.
