I was not able to log in with my old account , I did not use my account for more than 3 months after creating it.
I have just created a new Fizz account and use the same email . Can you please link back my plan to my account in order to see all the details & other options for service?

    You need to chat with the Fizz customer service.

    First, Log to your Fizz account.
    Click on:

    Click on the green chat bubble of Fizz when you see it down to the right of the page.
