What kind of carrier is fizz?

Since fizz is not GMS carrier, what kind if carrier is it? Would a Samsung J7 work? Would a pixel 4a work?

While some carriers still use CDMA networks in North America, globally GSM is much more common. Fortunately, today most of the big Canadian carriers - Rogers, Bell, Telus, WIND, Mobilicity, SaskTel and Videotron (Fizz) - run on GSM networks.

Fizz is a GSM carrier and the Pixel 4a it will definitely works but for the Samsung J7, there is multiple versions of it so I don't know.

Any kind of recent phone will work with Fizz, for anyone stumbling on this conversation
