I booked a technician for October 2nd to my new home and my internet payment was already charged on my credit card on Sept 9. How can I have paid 51.74$ already and I have no home or internet yet?

This is the procedure, it is a prepaid service, check this guide

Your first monthly payment will be charged to your credit card when you subscribe. Your payment cycle, however, will start with the delivery of your Fizz Wi-Fi modem. This means the amounts of your next monthly payments will be automatically charged to your credit card each month, 24 hours before the date on which you received your Fizz Wi-Fi modem.6 -

This is normal, Fizz is a prepaid. So you always pay in advance. Your billing should be October 2nd, so you won`t have to do another payment until November 1st.

Hi Maya,
When you subscribe, you automatically pay for your first month of service. You next payment will be one month after your service is activated, so around Nov 2 for you.
If you are interested in getting an earlier appointment you can log in to you account, click manage plan, then appointment. There you can try to reschedule, sometimes earlier appointment open up.5 -

Fizz is a prepaid service.
When you have subscribed to Fizz internet, the first payment has been taken.
But, be aware that your billing cycle will start the day of your installation with the technician.
The next payment will bew taken the first of novembert (one day before the end of your billing cycle).3 -
