I have 2 numbers under my fizz account. My own and my sons and since I cannot put different payment method for each individual number. I need to split the two numbers to have their own account. Can I transfer the 2nd number to a new fizz account?

Hi Julie,
Unfortunately, (based one what I have read here) Fizz won't let you split an account.
However, you should be able to add a different payment methods on your account. You can add another payment method under your profile add the new payment method. Then go back to the plan where you want to change the payment method and click on "manage plan", then "payment methods". Here you can change the default payment method on the other account to the new method you added. If your son's billing address is different from yours you should be able add that as well when you add the new payment method.
Hope this helps. If not try chatting with Fizz

To chat: Click the above link and scroll down, there should be a chat bubble near the bottom right side.
Or send a message on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/fizzca/
They are open daily 8-21h.
Sometimes they open later so if the Chat bubble is there you can chat.12 -
Hi Julie,
Fizz won't let you split your account, but you can add another payment method to your account. Under profile, add payment method. Then back on the plan you want to change, click manage plan and then payment method. There you can pick the new payment method as the default payment.11 -
Julie you will not be able to transfer your phone number to a new fizz account but you can open a new account with a different email and choose a new number or a new number for your son. And you will be able to refer him with the 40$ credit...;)7
