adding a create card issue while all info. are accurate. Still getting errors, is there a way around

I am trying to add a payment method but the system rejects my accurate information of the card (accurate because I am using the address on the monthly report). What can I do to solve the issue

Try to contact the support, you are the third person today wuth this kind of problem

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-update-my-payment-method-or-credit-card-information
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Did you try to test some combinations of the address? Avenue Av etc. This might have some useful information. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
