Error with the transaction History _shortcode.undefined ?

Hi, i'm trying to print out My mobile transaction History but I can't see the last 4 month.
It give me a page with this: _shortcode.undefined ( my number)
But i'm able to see my april's transaction history and all my internet page.
I tried with 3 differents browser and with my cell phone. But It's not working

Try to change browser or clear the cache this should help. I had the same problem last week5

Charles-Etienne fizz updated the system and now we have problem to see our bills . Reach Fizz for more explanation.

I think this is an intermittent problem. If you can wait try again later. If not, chat with support to request copies.
