Hi all, switched to fizz yesterday and spent nearly 5 hours since the to try and make my Google's speakers working. I tried dissableing the steering band and also the ATF. I did reset all of my speakers and my chromecast. But I still can't get to work them as a group and sometimes and can't even cast to them via the YouTube app.. Any other test I should do ?

Now that you have disabled band steering, are all of the devices on the same network? Do they all have good connectivity to the network? Might be interference, you can try changing the channel for that network.8

Make sure everything is on the same WIFI. Maybe you forgot to enable it on your phone or that you have two different bands.7

I came across this on Reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/FizzMobile/comments/aviiz3/known_issues_with_hitron_coda4680/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3)
"There's no 2.4Ghz antenna on the front of the modem, only 5Ghz, the other 3 sides have both antennas, so one may want to point the rear of the modem/router towards where they want the most coverage, might help with antenna diversity."
That's a little strange.7 -
You can try with your own router if you have one.5

Hi guys, wanted to let you know that I moved my fizz modem/router closer to the Google speakers I have and now it seems to work properly (for an hour now). Please note that I'm using the original wifi setting band steering and ATF are on! Thanks all for your help!2
