I have the same problem, I hope that they will solve it as soyons as possible,
Please contact the support you too, more we are opening ticket and more pressure we will put on them
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -
Try to remove the cache from your browser. It might be because it's trying to get something in the cookies (cache) of your browser it's unable to get.
