I'm puzzled why questions posed in community need to be vetted by moderator.
I asked simple question recently but it was not presented to the community.
Thinking of dropping Fizz as mobile provider ... not seeing the value it once had.

You need to see it as an anti spam, sometime you have false positives and the message are put on hold (moderation)

Don't drop Fizz because of this. It's a pretty good and affordable service compared to others I tried.

Depends on the question. I'm having the same kind of thoughts as you. I've asked a question to the community few ago. And they don't want me to post it because it's negative against fizz.
Well actually i'm going to post it here as an attachment.
Freedom of speech.
They have never solved my problem neither. Saying it's "Under investigation". I'm leaving it until 2 days before the end of this billing cycle.
I've seen a competitor with better price, more free data and with better bands for my phone. If this reply gets deleted, i'll just make sure to never come back to fizz again. Love the community, not the way it's moderated.
PS: I don't want to injure Fizz in any way. Just want my freedom of speach. Won't talk about anything of the deals of competitor, that would be harsh.

Hi Peter, Sometimes the algorithm see a message as a spam or if you use certain words that goes against the policies it may be suspended until a moderator confirm the message. It happent from time to time

It happens to me too.
I remark it when i answer it in the forum in French when it's on the english forum.
