Hi
Yes you must be refund
If you cancel your Home Internet services agreement during a payment cycle, you will receive a prorated refund based on the remaining days for the monthly fee paid at the beginning of your payment cycle (excluding any additional data blocks).

Important: You have 15 days following the date you unsubscribe to return your Wi-Fi modem, or else you will be charged the amount of $150 (plus applicable taxes). Detailed instructions will follow.

Hello,
I would speak with Fizz just to make sure. But you have a 15 days trial on any plan.

Don't forget when you ship back the modem to get a tracking number as you may need proof it was returned.5 -
Gabrielle,
You can unsubscribe to this service when you want.
Just contact the Fizz customer service by chat from 8h00 to 21h00 and ask for a refund.
You will get a balance of the refund for the days you didnt have the service.4
