I think debit card is not working for this, to pay for mobile you need credit card.

Hi Tian,
They only accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. (as well as some Visa Debit cards). Please see this FAQ https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use

Unfortunately Fizz doesn't do pre-authorized debit. Only Mastercard, Visa and Visa debit Canadian cards are accepted.

Hi Tian,
To confirm what others are say, you can only use credit cards to pay for your Fizz bills.
If credit is an issue, there are some pre-paid credit card services that are accepted by Fizz that can help you out, like KOHO. https://www.koho.ca/
I personally use KOHO to pay my Fizz bills, and I haven't had an issue. If you are interested and would like a referral code, let me know!
