I've tried resetting my router 3 times and still no internet connection. Please help. I work from home and have deadlines to meet today!

Please check the led in the front of your modem

If one of the arrow is flashing or they are off this means a problème with the coaxial cable

Looks like it was because I had to update my payment method since I canceled my other credit card. Please help me get my service get restored ASAP!
