I forgot my username and password to access the Fizz Modem/Router for admin it. How to recovery username and password for it?

You need to do a factory reset and repeat the installation procedure

You can reset the Fizz modem to factory settings by pressing and holding for 20 seconds the small button at the back of your modem, with a pen or a paperclip.

The default admin username : cusadmin, and the password is your Wi-Fi password. If you have the app, and it logs in you Automatically, you use it to display your password there.

Factory reset is the only true way. But note that if you try your password that you believe is right and it is not working, it might be because the password field is Case sensitive and android keyboards like to capitalize the first letter.

You have to do a reset of your modem.
Press in 35,40 seconds with a needle the reset button located back in the center of the modem, released it after. Wait 3,4 minutes until the lights of the modem are coming back.
If your cumputer is directly connected to your Fizz modem with an ethernet câble, you'll see on the screen: Easy connect.
Types twice the factory password (back of the modem).
At this moment, your internet connexion is supposed to be 100%, fonctionnal.
Just reconnect all of your devices to your wi-fi network with this factory password.

If you didn't change it, the password is the same as your network key. and the username is cusadmin
