Is it better to upgrade quickly ?

Should I try to upgrade levels as fast as I can or would it be better to let time pass and unlock the upgrades gradually ?
What strategy did you go for ?

You must know that the bonus are valid for 24 months, therefore, if you are planning to stay you should consider to take your time, I believe that level 5 it is a good compromise

I agree, level 5 will give you three slots and a pretty good discount along with some data perks.

*NOTE: there are no-one that has ever done it to 2 years. We are not sure if there's anything afterwards.
And to be honest, if ever it really ends. By then, you will have some few times the upgrades. You may last a moment, probably a bit more than 2 years.
Also, if ever in 2 years from now, i see that there's nothing after the rewards. I'll just reopen another account, even i would have to order a new sim card for it, to get the "close to" 1.5GB free data per month.
