Hi Chun,

first of all you need to buy an addon or add money in your Fizz's wallet or modify your plan in order to include minutes to china (however, if you modify your plan you need to wait the next billing cycle in order to the modification kicks in)

You need to disable the block of internal calls
My Plans -> Manage -> Advanced Parameters -> No international calls

You also need to add the international prefix if you do not have it in your number

Just as an FYI, if you change your plan to include international calling the current rate is $5/month for 1000 minutes. For the add-on option it’s $6 for 60 minutes. Pay as you go $0.30/minute. These rates are specific for Calling China. Hope that helps.

The best way to make a call is by using a Phone. You need to dial the phone number. Good luck
