After having put the upgrade in the slot you need to wait the next billing cycle in order to receive them
You also need the configure the APN

1- Log into your Fizz account and follow this path:
2- My plans → Manage plan → Advanced parameters → Fizz network parameters → Resend me the notifications
3- You’ll receive two (2) notifications directly on your phone: one to configure mobile data and the other to configure multimedia messaging (MMS).
4- Install these two (2) configurations.
5- reboot the phone
If a PIN code is required, enter 1234.13 -
You probably have it as "Pending activation". I've just signed in with Fizz and am in the same situation. Just look in the "My rewards program", where it states "See details". You should have your upgrade, probably in the "Pending Activation" state.9

@Noriec: Have you tried Mike's proposition? It is probably that the APN is not set up properly so your phone doesn't "know" it has access to some data.11

Check your mobile plan on your account. How much data does it show you have?

If you did not receive any data by mistake, please contact Fizz support.

Otherwise if you have all your data, you need to setup the APN on your phone.
