Printer problems?

I am having trouble setting up my Hp office jet pro 6968 wireless printer. It never seems to connect to wifi properly.
Any tips ?

Hi Samuel,
you should try to disable the band steering, in order to have 2 different SSID one for the 2.4Ghz and one for the 5Ghz, the point 4 and 5 you can skip it

With your preferred browser go to 192.168.0.1
1- login using the username cusadmin the password is your wifi password
2- Go on Wireless → General settings → 5.0GHz
3- Disable Band steering
4- ATF → 2.4G and disable the ATF option
5- ATF → 5G and disable the ATF option
6- Click on save the modification

The modem should reboot wait couple of minutes

You might want to try and use the WPS to connect your printer if it has never worked before.
