You can only check the installation/delivery date, the modem will be delivered by the technician

You can see your appointment is in your account under manage plan, appointments. You will have the option to reschedule and you may be able to get an earlier appointment. Check daily as new appointments open if people cancel etc.9

As others have said it is the technician that will deliver the modem. But I also want to add that you should also get a confirmation of the upcoming technician appointment (and thus modem delivery) by either email or phone, depending on which option you chose when booking the appointment.5
